Professional
My professionalism as an educator, colleague, and leader is paramount to the success of my students in both their attainment and achievement and to the success of the school community.
In this section, I’d like to share with you examples of how I believe my leadership as a class teacher and curriculum team member improves and develops team enviourment but also gives opportunities for my students to succeed through an education that is motivating and challenging, diverse and meaningful, and responsible and accountable.

"As one of the small group of founding teachers at MIS, he was instrumental in helping set up the school as well as create, foster and enhance the whole ethos of the school. This is a great credit to his dedication and commitment in helping to make such a new school successful in its very early days and later. In both the Kindergarten and Elementary School he has been a popular, hard working, professional and skilled teacher who gets on well with children, parents and other staff.
He has proved himself to be a devoted member of the MIS staff since our opening and has taken great pride not only in what he has achieved in the class but also in the extras’ he has contributed towards; whether this be creating and running our Pre-School (which was a huge ‘extra’ undertaking), being a major organiser of our Sports Day/ Literacy events, being on the PTA board or the popular clubs he has run after school. He is a teacher who is usually to be found in school during the weekends and holidays and is always as a result extremely well prepared for lessons. He is often one of the first to arrive at school in the mornings and one of the last to leave, and can always be relied upon if extra help is needed in any situation.
He has enthusiastically helped to move the school forward and been not only a great role model for the school; but also someone to rely on in following a new school’s guidelines and policies. He has always been the first to volunteer to help, whether involving aspects of his Job Description or not."
